- Met alot of staff and all very nice asking all the time if we needed anything

- The staff was very nice
Cons -
- Was told there was a pool and hot tub. But was , so they sent us to another hotel to use their pool. We had to come back out in the cold to get back to our hotel. Hoytel is out dated.
