Great, comfortable and affordable stay. The distance to the transit station was quite convenient too, a bit of a walk but that's okay.

Rooms are small but clean and good. Everything was functioning except some water pooling in the tub. Room service was daily and did a clean job. Breakfast is included very good and plentiful. Ample free parking space. Staff is helpful and nice. Price was good, location perfect. Quick availability of Lyft/Uber services. Great hotel for either ORD airport or for downtown destinations.

Outside of window glasses are dirty and need cleaned. Tub is clean but water pooling sometimes.

Room was nice - bed and pillows comfortable, everything was clean and spacious. The location was great - very close to the Rosemont train station. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice especially for a morning walk. The staff was very nice too!

Shower head put out crazy strong water pressure that was also all over the place, I had to stand to the side of the water to shower. The floor in the main dining room was extremely dirty and sticky - it needs a thorough cleaning. The breakfast was pretty so-so, most of the hot food was not very good.

Location was perfect! I'm glad I read the fine print to include Breakfast with our stay. Its one of the best we've had at any hotel, however it wouldn't be worth 15 a person if I hadn't included it for a dramatically less price. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious.

The carts to help bring your luggage to and from the car needs improvement. With little ones, we use the cart often so we're not making multiple trips back and forth. However, twice we had our stuff fall over when trying to get in/out of the elevator. I'm great at tetris, but that wasn't helping with these carts.

We had a clean and cozy room, a good size, and a comfortable bed. It wasn't really quiet, but there was a beautiful view of the sunset. Aircraft noise didn't bother us. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient - just two train stops from the airport. But it was tricky to walk to the hotel from a train station. The hotel's site says: "This hotel is a 4-minute walk away from the Blue Line Metra Train Station." But how to walk, which direction, it wasn't clear. And it wasn't easy to go with bags. They could at least print out a route and add it to the description. Not everyone comes by car.

Room was spacious. . . two queens.

Weird to comment, but the in-room did not work and we did have need of making local phone calls.
