This Boutique hotel is located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood and offers on-site dining and chic guest rooms with modern amenities Every residential-styled room at Claridge Hotel features a spa-inspired bathroom with a rainfall shower head and plush bathrobes. A small refrigerator and mini-bar are also included. Cocktails and light appetizers are served on-site at Juniper. The restaurant offers Breakfast and Dinner, along with bar services in the evening. Guests can work out at the on-site fitness center or relax and rejuvinate at the hotel spa, which offers an array of beauty and massage services. Meeting faciliteis, including a boardroom, are available on-site. The Bean, Willis Tower, Navy Pier and Millennium Park are both 3 miles away from the hotel. - Tried to charge me an upgrade fee of $50 claiming I reserved a room with only 1 queen bed. Showed them my reservation receipt and they removed the charge. They charged me for the 3 nights but its being rescinded. Front desk was not easy to work with
