The room looked a lot better on the inside than the outside, and it was a great nights sleep. Worked for what we needed. There was enough space in the king room for our toddler portacrib.

Very nice staff who moved our room when there was a problem with refrigerator and TV

Close to 95. Room was filthy. We have stayed in fleabag hotels for decades but this time the Masters was a little too rough. Bed was terrible. Carpets were dirty, who knows whst on the bathroom door and walls. Pretty rough.

They lied and said I didn't show,we tried to check in at 2:00 am. They said my name was not on the list. So I had no place to stay so I had to sleep in my car for 2 nights. Then they charged me 54.00. This has Been worse experience ever. Will never use ag

The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in. My husband said the early am desk staff was rude and dismissive when he asked about a luggage cart. The rooms kitchen was short on plates and silverware.
