- Very nice staff who moved our room when there was a problem with refrigerator and TV
- Close to 95. Room was filthy. We have stayed in fleabag hotels for decades but this time the Masters was a little too rough. Bed was terrible. Carpets were dirty, who knows whst on the bathroom door and walls. Pretty rough.
- They lied and said I didn't show,we tried to check in at 2:00 am. They said my name was not on the list. So I had no place to stay so I had to sleep in my car for 2 nights. Then they charged me 54.00. This has Been worse experience ever. Will never use ag

- The hotel needs serious upgrades. There were hardly any outlets to plug in electronic devices. The towels were threadbare and the noise of the heating air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off and sleep in the cold without heat.
