• Nothing really checking into this hotel was the absolute worst it was a 2 hour process and the no contact with people is just ridiculous there were no room service to call for towels we had none nothing this hotel was one of the worse hotels seen

• The lack of staff was frustrating because there was an issue with the reservation and it took hours to resolve the issue. If there were staff at the location, I think the problem would have been resolved much quicker.
