Good Value for the location and accessibility of everything, and fairly priced, but still pricey when you are coming from out of area. Also, really enjoyed having the valet parking, adds quite a bit to the bill but again, I expect this when coming to Chicago.
Can't think of anything.

Good large room, comfy bed, Good bathroom. Everything was adequate.
The lobby was on the highest floor of the hotel. So if you go downstairs to the street level to book an u er, then there is no place for you to wait. Not a single chair, etc. I found that very odd. Also, Sketchy neighbourhood

I liked the breakfast and the view of the skyline was fantastic. The rooms were spacious.
The mattress in the pull out couch wasn’t that comfortable

Really nice hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating when we checked in early. Nice breakfast with good views of the city. The valet parking was good and the guy running it when we arrived was super helpful and directed us to the free street parking
Nothing major. It’s a big far from the city, you need to do a bit of a walk to the metro. Within walking distance of the Salt Shed which suited us perfectly

The rooms were very nice. The location was nice. The staff was very friendly.
That my key would not let me go to the 5th floor. We had friends staying on the 5th, and we were on the 8th. I get it, but it was something I didn't like.

Really the only hotel in Wicker Park, it’s very clean and has a modern feel. The valet parking is easy to use and helpful. You. A really walk anywhere in Wicker Park from the hotel.

Easiest and best valet parking we have found in Chicago. Eighth floor room was well-designed—love having hooks to hang coats, etc
Bed was too soft for us and heating system was erratic.

The location was excellent. We were visiting family in the area and our travel time was very manageable. The breakfast was plentiful and good, with many options. Our room was spacious (we had a king room with sofa bed) and clean. We also had a great view of the city. The valet parking, although expensive, was excellent. The valet attendants were speedy and friendly. Our interaction with the front desk personnel and restaurant/ bar personnel was pleasantly refreshing.
I mentioned the excellent valet parking option, but it seems that there wasn't a choice. The only other option was to find a parking spot on the street near the hotel. There isn't a parking garage near the hotel.

They charged me random charges each night I was there that got larger every time with no explanation, I have contacted them to try and ask what it was for and how I can get a refund. No response yet
