- It was very quiet, very clean. The staff was very friendly, professional, I love the free breakfast.

- Yes the front desk very rude people and didn't give us towels on time
- 1. Bed fell apart 2. Refrigerator not working 3. Room dirty 4. Front desk staff (Ashley) extremely rude and hung up phone on me

It was very quiet, very clean. The staff was very friendly, professional, I love the free breakfast.
Nothing but maybe for me location. I wasn't close to Millenium Park , Chicago 360 both require me getting Ubers .
