Pros +

Beautiful room
comfortable beds, very clean room, quaint atmosphere, walking distance to a cafe and most of the "big" things. The free breakfast coupon was a nice touch.

Cons -

Loud guests above, steep stairs, elevator broken, trains going by
steep stairway, but we got used to it and we are in our 60's. Also, there is the option of using the outdoor elevator.
