- Good location, quiet. Clean. Great breakfast. Great coffee , nice staff
- Staff was friendly. Room was a great size. Nice quiet stay.
- The location was great for my trip. Bathroom was newly renovated. They also have coffee and tea available all day/night in the lobby which was such a nice perk.
Cons -
- Not much, but some ice still on walkway made walking a challenge
- Snack selection in lobby to purchase was lacking. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good. Eggs were OK.
- It was very dirty. The lobby floors were disgusting, especially by the elevator. The elevator was also super disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned. The floors in my room clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to my visit. There were gross smears of something all over the floor when I first walked in the room. Also, the bathroom was extremely crammed making it difficult to shower and get ready for the day as the bathroom door overlapped significantly with the shower door. Just an awkward space. Also, cleaning staff only cleaned on my last day of my trip. I was there for 3 nights. They of course did not clean Christmas Day which was expected and nice for the cleaning staff to have the day off. However, my room was not cleaned the next day - no fresh towels, etc. Also, one of the elevators seemed to be out of order so I waited about 5 minutes each time for the elevator. Overall, this was a pricy stay for a pretty gross hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for our trip. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great with a good selection and abundance if food.
The only thing would be the pillow that were very soft but very firm.
