Room size and room cleanliness

Stinky lobby. Loud trains passing by and bar/restaurant next door that had a band that played music until 1am. Maybe if I was on a vacation it wouldn't have been so bad but I was traveling/ driving on a 19 hour trip & needed rest!

Great customer service, awesome rooms and awesome breakfast.

Some noise outside due to a surrounding venue event, but staff were very nice and accommodating.

The GM was rude and made me double pay for a room as I was unsure about the check out time as I was presented at a local conference in Carbondale, IL. I was over charged an additional $171.00 for the room. The general manager was rude

The staff was great at check-in. Nice and newer Building.

The cleaning of the entry/kitchen and bathroom Floor was poor. The bathroom requires more attention to detail when cleaning. There was hair everyone on the entry and bathroom floor. Too cringy. For this reason, I will not return. Very small parking lot.

Ive never stayed where there are suites and I felt that the kitchen area was terrific. The dish washer was unexpected and I really didnt know what to expect with utensils, etc. but it was all very handy and served our purpose.

There was only one office chair and that one was broken in that it was way too low for the height of the desk area. They did bring us an extra chair so one of us was comfortable. A second light for that area would have been great. More shower power.

Great location right on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff.

Near train tracks. Can be noisy when you are trying to sleep

The room had a kitchen area

The bathroom was dirty, the pillows for the sofa bed were yellow stained. The bed was horrible, the floor may have been softer. The breakfast was so bad we never had it again after the first morning.

Room set up was nice

I love dogs , but would would prefer if they had dog rooms , and non dog rooms. Our room smelled a little like wet dog. Exterior hotel doors require key access¿which makes sense at night but probably not needed during the day .

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel and room could have been cleaner. We stayed at another location near the Dells and that one was spotless. With the pandemic, cleanliness is essential.

They were unfriendly, in my opinion. I also had to ask twice to have my room cleaned. They acted like it was a inconvenience. I had to wait long time to check out because another customer was calling to complain. Won¿t return.

It was close to where we were visiting.

We got bug bites while staying here. I did check for bed bugs & didn’t see any. It must have been a spider. We both had bites on our skin.

Everything was great, the lobby, room, staff.

Clean and free breakfast.

Was loud and bed was uncomfortable. Neither my wife or I could sleep on it.

Clean, comfortable, fresh looking & smelling. Great variety for breakfast.

No decent dining places in this area outside of fast food. The train is near so you will hear it passing.
