No tv remote, broken shower handle, no extra blankets, no staff present

The room felt like home and they worked with us on the deposit for our baby pet :-)

Breakfast was supposed to be included and we paid double for our stay by the time we paid online fees and pet fees and deposit for room but we did get our deposit back swiftly.

Clean Rooms with new flooring

Worn out appearance in the lobby, stairs, rugs, and overall feel. Poor landscaping and upkeep. The check-in and check-out were done virtually through a kiosk. Not sure that there was anyone present when we checked in. Did not feel like a 3 star hotel.

The air conditioner worked great.

Room 105 was gross. The walls need scrubbed with bleach. The shower curtain rod needs replaced. It has more rust than chrome. There was black mold on the wall in between the toilet and tub.

The cheap price

I was told I purchased a king deluxe room but the bed in the room I was given was not a king size.

The rooms are amazing, clean and new. One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in

no amenities, such as vending machine. The hotel is under construction which I totally understand, but can't get beverages in the evenings.

Clean. I appreciate the floors in the room not being carpet. Nice flooring, clean room, friendly staff. Renovated part looks good.

No sign for the hotel, looks like it's under some renovation, I passed it a couple times. Only thing I have to complain about is a funky smell in the hallway. The carpet and walls are new and clean, but had a not new smell. Room did not smell.

Location Price for the area was good if all you wanted was a place to sleep. Room wasn¿t bad

Overall eye appeal was poor No sign identifying the hotel anywhere outside. I will comment it had been bought out by Ramada so they were in a transitional stage , some things remodeled and some showing age.

They were able to wave the 100 dollar deposit for me and it really helped out because I didnt have it.

The beds were comfortable, and it was close to the university.

It was very eerie, no one was around, things in the room were falling apart and there was mold inside the bathroom.

Nothing was liked about this place very sketchy and you don’t have an elevator for disabled people if I could give this place a zero I would. No works on site and the place looked like I hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed sheets were dirty so I left.

Just need more selection!! Most contenital breakfasts have bagels, muffins, etc. .

Not enough staff!!

Not enough choices! Staff only put it out once in 5 days

NOT ENOUGH STAFF!! Couldn't get clean towels or toilet paper or anything because staff was always asleep or gone off hotel grounds!!
