We did not stay and couldn’t get a refund.

Everything…not fair…mgmt non responsive

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was small but adequate. Plenty of free parking. The breakfast was basic but good, the breakfast room was small. It was a pleasant stay.

We were satisfied.

The bed! Sheets were soft and the pillows were perfect!

The only thing I liked about this scummy hotel was leaving!

Very dirty, smelled like pot and cigarette smoke, rust on lamps and anything that was supposed to be metal or silver, the breakfast was listeria and ebola in the making, the biscuits were hard, gravy was dropped up in the crock pot, no forks! 😡😭

Location, very close to Rend Lake.

It appears they put in new flooring throughout, but cleaning doesn’t seem a priority. Lamps covered in dust. Water temp control in shower was non existent. You were either scolded or frozen.

Not much. Good tv. Sheets and mattresses were fine.

Bathroom needs remodeling. Towels were old and yellow. Furniture needs replacement.

Nothing room was moldy and made us sick.

Moldy and dirty

It was convenient to get to and close to the interstate and many restaurants. The bathroom and the bed were clean.

"Hot" breakfast consisted of frozen pancakes/waffles for the toaster/microwave.

The location was easy to find

It was dirty, I booked 2 rooms 1 smoking , 1 non smoking. Th smoking room didn¿t even have pictures on the walls the doors didn¿t shut without being pushed shut, the bathroom door had no lock on it , we had to go to the desk to get toilet paper.

Hallway smelled horribly like smoke carpet in the room felt sticky it did not feel clean at all. Pictures were deceiving.

Pretty much everything. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was rust on stuff. The hot breakfast consisted of thawing eggo waffles, bread and a toaster. There were small boxes of cereal. It was no where near worth what we paid.

Easy access fromthehighway, clean comfy beds.

Smoking room was 2 doors down so it smelled really bad.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good place for walking dogs, clean rooms and good breakfast. Definitely will be back as we travel to and from Arkansas.

A little difficult to get in and out of do to how the streets are laid out; but not the hotel's fault. Does keep the crazy drivers to a minimum.

Clean, quiet environment. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The adjoining rooms were a bonus for my family. The hotel provided ample and convenient parking. The hot breakfast every morning was wonderful.

THE LOCATION AND EASE OF REGISTRATION

RESERVATION NOT GUARANTEED ON ARRIVAL. BUT THEY DID TRY TO ACCOMMODATE US WITH A 2 BED ROOM AND THEN WHEN OUR ROOM CAME AVAILABLE WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR STUFF TO IT. INCONVENIENT BUT IN THE END IT WORKED

It was very quiet. Overall, the room was clean. The man who helped us at the service desk was nice. The room was large and comfortable.

Getting into the parking lot was somewhat inconvenient and the ice machine didn't work.

convenience to highway and restaurants, soap and shampoo were good, liked having a hair dryer

carpet in room was old, tv was old, the Febreze or whatever room freshener they use was VERY heavy. construction next door wasn't sure how to get to it initially
