I stayed two nights no cleaning I between

It was dirty. Halls were very dark. The room smelled of smoke and the room down the hall reeked of weed when you walked by. The a/c worked five minutes and stopped. Breakfast was terrible. I don’t know how this hotel got the rating it had.

The room was very clean

The front office lady was in bad shape. She fell off her chair, kept falling a sleep with her head on the counter. My husband, youngest daughter and I were very worried about her health.

Barbara went above and beyond, sweet, thorough, efficient!! We reported a vagrant to her, so she asked them to leave. She always asked what else can I do for you? Should be promoted to manager to replace the rude manager!!

April 11 negative manager. Bathroom floor-black curly hair, bathroom floor and carpet in front of desk sticky! Phone connection poor, felt unsafe. Breakfast, no bananas or oranges. Few choices. Loud, black man in hall on 4/11 eve my husband told to stop!

Location was very convenient.

Nice room but thin walls, people above me had a dog you could hear running back and forth across the floor this was at 1am when they got in, hallway was noisy, bed was on firm side and pillows not comfortable, didnt get a good or restful nights sleep..

Its ben reported all around town the hotel is known for bedbugs and has not been cleared with the town . Im demanding a refund since i did not use the hotel i booked.

Staff. Location

Lights were unplugged in room, mainly because of one electrical outlet for two beds. TV didn¿t work. For the price of the room, unsatisfactory!

Room is small with large heavy furniture. It was hard to move around the room. the motel smelled. Turned on the heater and a terrible smell came from the unit, we shut it off immediately and had to open the window and door and the exhaust fan.

Great people fair price clean pet friendly

Check-in was easy. Room was nicely furnished and care had been taken with bathroom towels and amenities! Desk light was excellent. Breakfast was fine! Needing GF, I really appreciated the hard boiled eggs and fresh apples! We stayed an extra night.

Only that the fan in the bathroom was so loud and grating that we couldn¿t stand to turn it on. It was to be fixed the day we left.

There was no nightstand or outlets on one side of the bed

The bathroom was recently updated and the check-in staff was friendly. Pillows were comfortable.

Dirty room... Dirty sock behind the dresser, empty food container under the bed, store receipt in a drawer. almost no outlets to charge. Very loud from highway. Ok breakfast, minimal proteins. Sagging mattresses. Staff continually smoking outside windows.

Convenience/location

Electrical tape held smoke detector together. Room phone did not work. Television did not work at first, took hotel staff more than 30 minutes working on it. No hair dryer. No conditioner, body wash, or lotion. Not very welcoming when we first arrived.

Nice window view on the back side of the motel making it feel country it was beautiful.

The biscuits and gravy were not that good.

The staff was friendly and worked to solve any issues. The room had a rustic decor and a woodsy feel to it.

The mattress had a woodsy feel, not painful but more like camping. Bring cash for the vending machine.

The hot tub.

The electrical outlets were in accessible and were loose and didn¿t work well making it difficult to charge devices.

Low cost. Clean. Hot shower. All I need.
