Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Nampa By IHG

Clean, good breakfast

Elevator was a little sketch

It's close to home and the staff is always welcoming.

The pool was under renovation so my kids couldn't swim.

Room was big

It was still under construction even tho it showed online it would be completed months before our stay.

Hotel was under construction. False advertising. No mention of the remodel. No parking.

The renovated room, and room accommodation. Front desk let us check in an hour early.

The pool, hot tub and fitness room were all closed due to renovations. The parking was minimal since the other stalls were not available due to materials for the renovation. It would have been nice to know ahead of time and given the option to cancel.

We were placed in the newly remodeled section and it was very nice and clean.

The hotel was undergoing a MAJOR construction project that limited access to the parking lot, the front desk, and THE POOL WAS CLOSED! They offered us passes to a fitness club to swim, but that's not what we were expecting. We would not have stayed there.

The hot breakfast, amd I don?t ask to get it cleaned following day.

There was remodeling going on, so I can?t get upset at that! I loved the built in shampoo etc.

location

We were unaware that there was remodeling going on at this time. Should have qualified for discount. also had to check out and check in coffee machine for room..that was new to us

Breakfast was great, rooms were nice, wonderful staff.

Hotel under construction, was looking forward to swimming. Remodels are expected from time to time.

They had complimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes

Yes, I didn?t receive my deposit back because the staff told us not to take out the trash and when they came to inspect the room they said it smelt funny (because of the trash) it was just an Excuse to steal my deposit everything else was cleaned.

It's our little family retreat. We live in town, just 10 minutes away actually. But it's a fun treat for the kids. And I'm a sucker for the breakfast.

The staff are friendly and helpful, Wonderful hot breakfast and clean comfortable rooms

Room, breakfast

Location right beside major interstate, roar of traffic during morning rush hour

Quiet room and comfortable beds.

Room smelled of dog urine. Floor and comforter had visable stains.

Location and cleanliness

Very pricey for 2 nights for 1 person Refundable Deposit has not been returned

It was clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! My mother-in-law has back and neck problems and she slept great. So for us, that is a win! The breakfast was yummy too. Everything you need was there.

The chlorine was a bit strong. But it usually is in hotel pools and hot tubs.

Good location, very clean and quiet. Front desk staff courteous and efficient. Good breakfast.

STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL

THE TOWELS WERE FRAYED AND STIFF AND THE GRAB BAR FOR THE SPA WAS BROKEN.

I liked the room and the bathroom. It wad very clean and the experience with the hotel was very good.

the breakfast was pretty good. the room was spacious. i liked the reading area

it was about 4 feet from the freeway. so loud all night. i barely slept. shattered glass all over the parking lot. smelled like a landfill in the morning. mostly the sleep thing...
