The staff was friendly and accommodating to our group including lots of kids. It was clean and the pool was great!

Location; cleanliness; the service people were very nice and respectful; easy access; near stores; hot coffee in the morning.

My only recommendation would be to not allow moving trucks to take up six plus parking spaces. This should be for those customers that have smaller vehicles than a moving truck.

The staff has probably been the friendliest I have ever been too. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast choices were great. The staff they had working that morning was on top of it being stocked up every few minutes.

Location is great and is set up well for business travelers. Free breakfast was appreciated.

The elevator bypasses the front desk. The iron left marks on my clothing.

When we pulled out the extra pillows the case covers both had stains on them that looked like blood.
