Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Nampa at the Idaho Center

There was a Hispanic lady who was cleaning the room next to mine she was so sweet and we stopped and she talked to me and my kids and she was absolutely kind and patient with my Lil girls and was so sweet to me. Then later she even helped us find the pool

The bed was terrible would not go back because the bed was so bad.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were great. I thought I booked a room with a King bed and a pullout couch. I in fact didn't and I talked to the front desk and they accommodated us with no hassle or extra charge. They were great.

We booked this hotel for a concert at the Ford Idaho Center and it was nice to be able to walk and not deal with traffic.

The room, fitness center pool and the variety of breakfast items!

Since I have to be gluten/dairy free plus low sodium, I still was able to eat the hard boiled eggs fruit. There are lots of people with diet allergies so if you could provide non dairy milk and gf cereal, bread, etc. would be another option for guests.

Location and front desk staff were great.

The mattress was comfortable but made very loud noises when you moved or turned on it. It was a very loud snap, crackle, pop like Rice Krispies.

The breakfast is amazing. The reservation/checkin staff was very friendly. The cleaning crews were accommodating when we asked that our room not be cleaned, but we needed to swap out towels.

Buffet breakfasts are back! Convenient location in pleasant surroundings. Everything appeared ¿brand spankin¿ new¿ Good price value. Hands down, our best stay in 15 nights of our road trip!

The staff were great and friendly. We are highly allergic to dogs. We booked three different rooms, married kids in the other two. So nice, and rare, to be able to sleep worry free from pet allergies. (Our throats actually close up.) So a big THANKS!

I've had more comfortable beds in other Hamptons

I really appreciate the hot breakfast being brought back. It was a pleasant stay. The atmosphere and feeling of the hotel was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was quite hard. I woke multiple times both nights because I was not comfortable.

The cleaniness, room, and location.

The customer service and management was HORRIBLE. I will no longer take my business to this establishment.

Location, close to free way, a lot of restaurants

Rooms were exceptionally clean.

The website said that they offered a full breakfast bar and swimming pool. When checking in, I was advised the full breakfast bar was a grab and go and the pool was closed. This was due to COVID which I understand but please update your website.

Cleanliness, friendly staff.

$25 secret charge to my card the day I left. Haven't called yet to find out what it was for.
