Best Western Plus University Inn

We were a little late for breakfast because we thought it was until 10 am, but the friendly hotel employee offered food to us while he put it on the cart. It was nice it was dog friendly.❤️

Noisy heater.

The staff where helpful with the late arrival time

The sauna was down for mx the whole time, the pool area could use some acoustic dampen panels to lower the Dbs for early bed time

Location. Great breakfast.

We were put in a room over the pool, which was loud in the room smelled like chlorine. With my next visit, I would definitely request a different location.

Location was great, breakfast was great, beds were great

My room was right by the pool, it was loud until 10 pm every night and packed with kids. I tried to go in the hot tub but to many kids were jumping in the hot tub and splashing me and jumped on me.

Location and breakfast

Most power outlets in room had issues

Conveniently located and staff are all very helpful and friendly

It is dark, it would be great to lighten it up

Courteous and attentive staff, excellent food both for breakfast and in the reataurant.

Convenient to bike trail and other things in town. Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

good location, price and nice staff

This hotel should be a one star hotel. The building is old, worn, the plumbing in our room was shot, with the toilet barely flushing and the shower barely draining. The carpet was old and seemed dirty. There was paint peeling in the bathroom.

Convenient location and friendly staff Also has a good restaurant

Customer service

Deferent type of hair on the bed. Also, sheets were tore¿. Bath room was stinks. Toilet was dirty. Jacuzzi was not working¿

Customer service Excellent Breakfast and staff that works very good Super clean and everyone very friendly.

Clean and efficiently run . Very friendly staff. Excellent Breakfast.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was well above average for a hotel continental

The carpet in the room was kinda dirty, some stains in the ceiling of the bathroom and the shower head kinda just sprayed everywhere, but I know they're updating rooms so hopefully that is fixed soon

Location, staff, pool, breakfast, and the restaurant onsite

The last few times we¿ve stayed there, I¿ve noticed the old and tired carpet. Looks like they are finally replacing.

The location is decent

Old carpet, disappointing breakfast, bathroom shower needs updating. Overall will not stay here again.

Awesome breakfast, pool was fantastic, great staff

Clean, smelled good, amazing breakfast and the staff arranged for me and my family to have adjoining rooms.

Easy check-in, nice comfortable room. Had the full hot breakfast buffet in the morning, which was SO nice. The server at breakfast was amazing, working alone but efficiently and professionally (please be sure to leave them a tip, they work very hard).

Staff was nice.

We paid $--- a night for this hotel. The rooms were outdated. Our room had a view of the indoor pool - the room wreaked of chlorine and we were stuck listening to kids yell in the pool late and night and early in the morning.
