Beds were comfortable, new modern decor, breakfast was great with lots of options, safe neighborhood

pool was a little grimy

The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice

Being on the 1st floor, you can hear everything in the lobby and the phones ringing at different hours through the night

So clean! It seemed just like new. Location was great. Far enough away from the freeway to escape the noise, but close enough to be convenient. When on a long road trip, escaping the freeway noise is important for rest. I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was a bit meh.

Location was perfect as we were attending a show at the venue right across the road. We were able to walk. Staff was very friendly! Rooms were nice and clean and comfy!

The staff could have been a little more friendly.

Clean, new, well maintained and comfortable. In newly developing area but still provides open Iowa prairie vista and feel.

Desk clerk disappeared at check out and could not be found even after calling the front desk while standing at the front desk.

Convenient location for our needs to go to the events we had to. That¿s it! No extra staff to meet our immediate needs! Many unfortunate things we experienced was a big disappointment

Lack of caring, devoted help from staff ! We had to load up a lounge chair from our room.. and put it in our new room as the other one didn¿t have a tv that worked . And No one was available to get it connected . Next room had a bathroom that squeaked !

Better parking-we had park in gas station next to motel. Arrived late at night.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of room out back to park my livestock trailer.

Location was good, but a little ways away from my event. Drive wasn't an issue though.

In addition to the clean room and comfortable bed, they had free laundry for the guests. Nice perk!

The laundry room was not kept as clean as it should have been.

Location was not near anything, staff member who checked us in was nice, but any other time i was looking for a staff member to ask a question they were not to be found. The breakfast was small and minimal - not much offered.

This is a brand new hotel, extremely clean and well-run. The staff was excellent. Location was great - right near the interstate with quick access to all of the Des Moines area.

I thought the mattress on the bed was amazing!

It was kind of out where not many other businesses were in Waukee. But, there was a really nice Hy-Vee gas station next door and several restaurants within a few miles.

Beds were comfortable.

They put us in a room where the outdoor overhang for entr blocked the whole window. It was 2 queen beds when room said max 2 people should have been one king. Staff at check in was not helpful didnt even tell us where our room was just handed me key card.
