Hampton Inn by Hilton Waterloo Cedar Valley

The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and quiet. Loved it!

I was in a remodeled room (very nice) but found the lock level didn't move. I was moved to another room, and it was the same. However, I think the door automatically locked? Not sure, but the employee was very kind and moved without question.

Musty damp room. Uneven flooring in hall. No water in pool. Screws all over parking lot.

The location is right off the highway and it is close to restaurants and shopping! The front desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful.

When my daughter and husband went to have breakfast at around 8:30 the items were empty and the kitchen staff was not refilling them. By the time I got the opportunity to get to breakfast my choices were muffins, toast, cereal, or dried out oatmeal.

The breakfast was very good.

The staff had not yet finished cleaning our room when we arrived shortly before 5:00 p.m. I could not get either of the treadmills in the fitness center to operate. I noticed some trash under our bed that had apparently been left by a previous guest.

I loved how clean it was and they have an amazing free breakfast.

The shower was great but the tub did fill with water.

I paid for a king bed. When I arrived they only had a queen. Why did I pre pay for the room. Not good

It was not exceptionally quiet. There were stains on the sheets and dust ruffle. Pillows need to be replaced.

Hotel was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bathroom was nice but I usually expect more from a Hampton Inn. The shower was looking a bit old and tired.

Loved the large bathrooms and shower!

Not the quality of hotel I was expecting for the price and the brand. Had to stand and wait to check out.......no one at the desk for assistance. Pitiful service
