Not much, the room was ok. Thankfully there was a Panera nearby for breakfast.

The room smelled funny, the handle inside the room was broken, the pool was filthy and rusted, the breakfast was gross.

We called at 1am and asked to have the track meet or whatever was going on to stop but nothing was done. We wanted to relax and got little to no sleep. I was not happy that the kids were aloud to run all night and jump off bed it was beyond annoying

Toilet broke. Moved to another room and heater broke. Rust in bathtub.

They didn't shut down breakfast right at 9 am but left it opened until we finished -- we arrived at 8:45.

Tub drained very slowly and I had to shower standing in a bit of water.

The shower was ridiculous. you had to pull on the spout of the main faucet. It took 20 minutes to just figure this out. The room smelled terrible. The floor was sticky. The stars do not reflect anything about the hotel in a positive way

This was one of the friendliest motels we have ever stayed at. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this motel if you are in the Waterloo area.

Clean, friendly and good location. Right off the main highway. Rooms were quite large with nice amenities. Bed was comfortable, clean room and lots of towels.

One of the throws on the bed had a mark. Probably just overlooked by housekeeping.

Breakfast was good and had a good selection of cold and hot foods.

The rooms were very outdated and you need to be redone carpet was worn out in places the tiles were loose the bathroom shower area was cocked with filthy areas.

The location was excellent and the staff were exceptional! They were well staffed, friendly and extremely helpful. Best service I've received at a hotel in some time! The breakfast was was really good as well.

It's a bit outdated, but was clean and met my needs so not real issues.

Sink of bathroom didn¿t drain and contaminateds surfaced.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was warm.

Ants in the bathroom and sink area. Was not able to open the door to outside, going out to smoke or leave.

The air conditioner/heater seemed like it was on it's last leg and made a lot of noise and the pool was shut down for periods of time, but overall it was a great experience.

The bed was fairly comfortable

The room was stuffy. Very little air circulation. The bathroom was uncomfortably hot. I could not breathe well due to the stale air. The hotel feels old and used up. Needs a renovation.

Breakfast

They gave us the worst room in the hotel. Just off the lobby behind the ice machine and across from the pool. This should have been a storage closet not a room

The location it was close to the stores and buy alot of restaurants and the price was awesome and it was very quiet nice pool and it was a delight to get up and have a small decent breakfast

Well they didn't clean the room but thats to be expected due to short staff

The location is close to shopping and restaurants.

Our room 107 was full of mold and mildew. There was a very loud dehumidifier in the room which we had to empty several times a day. The humidity never got below 80%. This is not ideal when you have asthma. Front desk said rooms were all taken.

Heated pool & Breakfast

Hallway carpets were dirty and need to be replaced. Ice Machine was empty, treadmills out of order and driveway full of pot holes.
