Beds are awful Pillows are awful Not cleaned well

Great staff and amenities

Underneath the bed is visible and should be thoroughly vacuumed after each checkout. No electrical outlets near the bed. Difficulty for cpap users

Price was good. Bathroom was nice. Clean rooms.

Pool was closed one evening for cleaning when nobody was doing anything to it. Removed signed hours later when it was adult only swim.

The restaurants were great, the room was large, but the price was only fair, not great.

The entire hotel was thick with the strong smell of smoke. The towels were stiff and crunchy like they were air dried without softener. There were no outlets beside the bed or by the TV, only one across the room by the window.

Clean. Quiet. Affordable.

Took hot water for shower about 10 minutes to get hot. I know we were on 5th floor but wow

It stunk. Th n smoke from the casino permiated everywhere . The hallways also had very strong perfume smells ,perhaps the cleaning supplies. I had a specific request for my maid to empty the garbage cans, it did not get done.

Room needs a microwave, for the amount that is charged. The rooms need a MICROWAVE.

The casino

I tried for 30 minutes or more to get the front desk, never did nobody answered. After i got home i tried to call again to ask a question, the only numbers that answeted in the hotel was Brew Brothers and one for laundry , never got to front desk

Location.

The hotel in general is filthy. The room had not been properly cleaned (handful of hair stuck to shower wall, dirty toilet, dirty bedside table).

The location was perfect. It was right across the street from the amusement park we were planning to visit, and the casino gave us additional entertainment since there is not a lot to do around the area. Room was clean and spacious.

There was no microwave in the room(one available down the hall by ice machine) also no hand soap in our room, which seemed weird but maybe they just forgot to put a new one in our room.

There were no outlets by the bed to charge phone, the restaurant hours.

Very affordable very nice rooms restaurant on location you could gamble if you wanted to very good overall

Nothing except nice bathrooms. TP paper should have been changed.

No outlet visible to plug in CPAP MACHINE. Outlets behind vecroed panel under end table. No way to charge cellphone at bed except to use hidden outlet. No coffee pot. No microwave. Alarm clock was unplugged and alarm function not available.

Large room. Great pool area. Friendly staff

Mostly excellent. But our room had what looked like a small animal turd on the floor.

The bathroom was very large and the shower was really nice

The king bed was not on a platform and it was very dusty underneath. There was a vent eyelevel with the toilet that was dusty. No coffee machine in the room. Was told we could get a cup of coffee at the front desk, in our pajamas?
