It was perfect!
Room size was great
Not the cleanest, service was poor
The pool area is the reason why we come to this location. When we stayed there, there was for a wrestling tournament. It would¿ve been nicer to have more seating in the pool area and to also be able to access the restaurant from the pool
It was clean (not made up, but clean) Staff was accomodating
Well - there was a huge festival going on -- you could hear the band like you were sitting on the stage with them. Moved me to another room - upgraded, which was nice ... EXCEPT -- the room had not been cleaned. Towels used, bed slept in.
I did not like the brash attitude of the staff when I checked in. She talked very fast and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. The morning staff wasn¿t much better. The person who checked me out seemed inexperienced. The others seemed uninterested.
Best breakfast ever! Very clean!
When we checked in lady was not in front and was rather rude! Complained about her day. Told us 3 o¿clock check in it was 230 we drove 4 hours to get there and location did not seem safe But then after a minute it was ready!!! More seemed like she
The location is great. The remodel is great
The bartender at restaurant was new and didn¿t quite know about the specials or how to make drinks. I bought apps at her suggestion only to find out they were not on special until the following day. I paid more than I should have.
Central, downtown location. Remodeling..
Parking
The hotel was visually appealing and located within blocks of our event.
I booked a two-queen room. Upon check-in, I was told my room was not available. I settled with what they had. The tv in the bedroom area would randomly turn on and change channels and input settings the entire stay! Mediocre breakfast.

Breakfast had a nice variety…not just carbs
A staff member entered the pool area (close to closing time) and seemed to purposefully stare at us to get us to leave. It made us uncomfortable. It wasn’t in line with the awesome experience we always have with staff at this hotel.
The particular room we stayed in was large in size which was very pleasing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which really helped from the long drive. The bathroom was really nice, comforting, and had that upscale feeling. It even had a ventilator fan which is unheard of in other hotels where we stay. The room had a really nice kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher even! The breakfast room in the main floor of the hotel was also very clean and large in size which was nice. The Front Desk attendants were very nice and helpful, too.
This particular room had a door shared with the adjacent room to it and there was at least a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. This was concerning to me, since noise/conversations from this adjacent room could have easily been heard, if someone was staying in this adjacent room. Light from this adjacent room could easily be seen. The adjacent room door was locked which was comforting to know. Recommendation: Install a door bottom seal & sweep. The breakfast meal provided was below average compared to other hotels. No fault of the hotel, but trains could easily be heard late at night as there is a railtrack spur nearby the hotel. Running the wall AC/Heat fan constantly drowned out the noise somewhat. We arrived the evening of Memorial Day and none of the very limited restaurants near the hotel were open for business; however, just 5-10 minutes away there were some good restaurant selections near the shopping mall.
Kids running down the hall alllllll night kicking the wall and yelling OMG it was horrible
Kids running the hall
The facility was nice. Enjoyed the sky walk from the parking garage. The coffee dispenser was the best part. Excellent cappuccino!!
The confusion with the parking was our only issue. You have to take the ticket to them right away. If you leave you have to pay. We weren't told this at check in.

Nice rooms .clean. Restaurant/bar on premises
Towels were stained - one couldn’t be used. Washed not aware at any time of the $100 “incidental” charge. That was never mentioned anywhere until I checked in.
Friendly staff, amenities, coffee all day
Liked everything
The staff is always very friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. As well as the ladies that keep everything stocked in the breakfast area.
Every time I stay here, less and less of the ice machines are working. Sometimes have to go to multiple floors to find an ice machine that works, which is very inconvenient when the hotel is busy and you’re waiting for an elevator.
