Sleep Inn & Suites North Liberty - Liberty City

The rooms are big

This hotel needs to be retired to a 1 star and remove the Sleep Inn. It is old and in bad shape. Torn carpet, beat up walls and outdated decor.

The staff was nice but dirty. Horrible smell and overall no where near a 2.5 star, but it was the closest to where I wanted to be.

Beds were incredibly hard, gnats came out of the faucet.

Very nice place to stay at a good price point. Lots of good restaurants in the area and the location is good for going to the Amanas, Cedar Rapids, or Iowa City. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

The woman who checked us in the 1st night Was very accommodating

When I went to extend our stay the next day, The woman at the front desk seemed to have trouble understanding me or something She was on the phone the whole time That she was helping me

Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast

The king size beds were not king size beds, The pull out sofa was made up of broken springs. The hot tub/spa was "not there for years" They had the heat turned off in the pool and turned on upon insistence. The morning staff was very short and rude.

Hallway smelled like marijuana. The Continental Breakfast was average at best. The hotel and rooms need remodeling.

Toilet did not flush properly. Pool was cold and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable.

The area is new and upcoming. The hotel is clean and newer looking. I could not point to a single point of annoyance. Lady at the front desk was so great. Really helped us with area knowledge.

It claimed to serve hot breakfast but that only consisted of gravy and eggs because the biscuits were not cooked and there was no hot bacon or sausage

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. We were told our night would be free due to a fire alarm problem which was something that should have been done under the circumstances.

Unfortunately fire alarm went off and problem lasted about an hour from 12:35 a.m. until 1:45 a.m. Breakfast was average at best.

Whole reason we chose this one is the pool that was down due to chemical problems all weekend. They sent us to the pool at the rec center, who were not happy we were there. Advised that we couldn't swim until after 1pm due to not being residents.

Close to where I needed to be

No parking because construction workers took over the hotel at night and parking was horrible and dirt/mud all over the place. It¿s been like this for my last three stays there. I won¿t stay there again unless the construction workers are gone.

Very accommodating and fast check in and out. Pool was great!

I didn¿t like the construction workers taking up all the parking spots and tracked mud all over the lobby and stairs and to your room.

Clean room, slept best ever!

Pool closed for "maintenance". Breakfast (nothing hot), no butter, salt and pepper, no newspapers, as stated in advertising.

Dirty walls, mold growing in abundance out of conditioning vent

It was clean and a very convenient location.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't opened.
