Was a good place to stay and great customer service
The breakfast buffet is the usual but food is hot/cold and the area is kept spotless. Also very generous with the grab and go bag!
The breakfast was awesome The pool was great House keeping staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons -

The bed was not real comfortable for us
We had hoped for a w/c accessible room but none available- with aging population may consider more universally accessible rooms!
I miss the hot tub

I miss the hot tub

The room was very clean & quiet. They put us next to an exit which was great for our pet. HK when passing them in the hall were very friendly and greeted us.

I walked in and the front desk didnÂ¿t greet me or say anything. There were 3 people there (one was training I believe.) I also work as a front desk associate, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from the desk upon check in & out.
