- Location
- The personnel and cleanliness were excellent. The location was extremely close to the event I was in Iowa to attend.
- It was very clean. The room was large. The beds were comfy. Near restaurants, parks, shopping.
Cons -
- It has very high stars but I?m not 100% sure why. It wasn?t overly dirty but the bed had stains on the top sheet and didn?t feel crazy clean. Hair in the sink/shower. It wasn?t terrible, but I?m not sure how it has a 9/10 rank.
- The breakfast was borderline miserable. Not enough of the essentials (butter) or choice in this free continental breakfast'
- Trying to get out although not the fault of the hotel. It was a matter of timing because it is on a busy road
