Comfort Inn & Suites Independence

Beds were very comfortable. Large living room area and nice hot showers!

Only complaint was they didnt refill the breakfast food items and there was still 45 minutes left of serving hours. No regular waffle mix, no scrambled eggs, bread/beagle container was almost empty, only 3 shriveled up cutie oranges for fresh fruit.

The girl that checked us in was great and so sweet. Breakfast was yummy.

Could hear people shutting there doors as if they were I'm our room. Need thicker walls.

Staff was very responsive.

The room I was given had not been cleaned at all. I ended up Being assigned a different room.

Friendly staff, beautiful room and great breakfast

NA

The room was clean enough and quiet but¿ the shower water was just warm, not hot enough to run a bath, the air conditioner did NOT work and there were not enough towels for 2 guests. Overall it was a sad place I would NOT stay at again.

Lukewarm water Broken A/C Not enough towels

Rooms exceeded our expectations! Staff extremely cheerful, the cleaning staff on 3rd floor that should be commended for doing an excellent job -she was so friendly!

The bed and pillows were amazing!!! It was a lovely place.

The toilet in my room, 328 I think, kept making strange gurgly noises the whole time I was there. I was a bit worried that it would back up or overflow. Unfortunately, I overslept and left in a hurry in the morning and forgot to notify the staff.

Location and clean and comfortable

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Housekeeping was a bit shoddy. The breakfast was a step below what you expect at a Comfort Inn, in variety & quality. And some of the other guests were very noisy and uncouth, causing us to change rooms once, and to be awakened by profanity-laced yelling.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was in a safe area.

We had a very delicious breakfast and a good nights sleep. There was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator. Plus I am only 5 feet tall and it was difficult for a shorty like me to get into bed because the mattress was so high.

The location was excellent for our needs. The staff was friendly.

Several small things, such as towel bar broken we had to ask for bath towels the desk lamp was either broken or bulb burned out and the shower lever was so loose you could not control the temperature. The front desk did give me extra points for my troubl

The comfortable bed.

Elevator was not in the best location. Wish the pool stayed open later, especially for adults.

Good location !

The shower dead was not good at water disbursement . Breakfast area was to small, and the items were not in order which meant people had to play hopscotch around each other, a big sign thanking folks for eating and living so others can sit is needed

Rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and tasty. Lots of options.

The rooms were nice. We had two queen suites and one was much larger than the other.

Our suites that were $--- per night each, were directly over the swimming pool. The noise level in the bedroom was awful. We couldn't go to sleep until 11 when the pool closed. In the am there was NO hot water. The staff was unpleasant. Mediocre breakfast

Nice location to stores and the property was nice.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and perfection of everything. The staff was outstanding. My granddaughter lives in Iowa and thought we'd try the Best Western. We will definitely stay again on our next visit. Couldn't have been happier.

There was nothing at all that we could find that we didn't like. The breakfast was terrific, was expecting a continental breakfast and again was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast they put out.

The hot breakfast

The coffee maker was in the bathroom

Close to highway

Breakfast could have been better
