We couldn’t check in . The Rooms were filthy, mold and smelled of urine .

Everything . Rude when we tried to check in . No rooms available !!!!!

The staff called and canceled my room for no reason. When I called to ask why, they wouldn't answer the phone. Made another reservation with them. Arrived to check in and no one came to the front desk until 20 minutes later. She was clueless.

The location

The room looked like someone went dumpster diving and found the furniture. The chair had half the upholstery rubbed off. The cabinet was broken and laying in pieced inside the cabinet.

Nothing at all

The hotel is nasty,I mean filthy rooms infested with bugs,floors were filthy not mopped overall terrible experience

It seemed to be somewhat newly renovated

There was no second or third shift front office staff. And somewhat rowdy clientele. It should be advertised as an extended stay motel.

Safety is a priority

The staff was not the friendliest. The hotel front desk closes at 9pm is inconvenient

Doesn¿t provide shampoo and body wash, and any silver ware.

When I arrived the clerk explained there were no clean rooms available and I had to go to a different one, perhaps the Hotel adjacent to them. That the booking system I used just had the number of open rooms but not the one¿s available.

Upon checkin a guest dog had an accident in the lobby, the front desk clerk was clearly besides herself gagging and talking unprofessionally. The hallways and room had a weird smell. Door closer was broken.

We the window open while we went to our show. Upon returning and pulling the covers down the sheets and bedding where filthy. We went to the lobby and it was closed with a number to call. We called and was told we would have to wait until 9 am for sheets.

Everything. Room was gross, dirty dishes in the sink, holes in the walls. We left and will never go back

Sink never drained (super gross), hairs that were not mine on sheets & pillow when I checked in, no hair dryer, tissues, only one bar of soap, towels had off yellow stains on them.

roach was found in the room. shower was cold. some lights didn’t work.

None of the frills other hotels have that I don’t use but still pay for with my room rates. The staff was very nice about me coming down and getting a broom and dustpan daily.

Not enough information at check in. Examples: My linen was not changed on Day two. THEN I learned I could bring it down to the front desk. Nothing was said about laundry facilities, the options for purchasing/renting cookware or coffee pot. Had I been informed well when I checked in, my stay would have been much more pleasant and I would feel easier recommending this place to my friends and family. And having someone to check me in when I got there would have been nice. I had to phone TWICE to get a staff member to get to the front desk and check me in.

There was nothing that I really liked about the stay first off I was on the third floor the first night we're there wife goes to the bathroom toilet almost overflows and won't stop running kills three cockroaches while she's on the phone talking to front desk brought food from my son's house to have dinner and set the plates on the counter by the sink my wife was sitting in the watching TV I went to wash my hands and come back out and there's roaches crawling all over my plates so my stay was very uncomfortable I'm disabled and to walk up and down the stairs was bad both of us my wife has bad back and anyway there was nothing I really cared about to stay and I will not recommend it to anyone and I will never come back

I pretty much covered what I didn't like which was everything in the like section and like I said first off roaches was afraid of bed bugs yes the bed had a bed bug cover on it so that gave us the idea that there was previous bed bugs but the roach problem was the worst they were in my pet's food and their water bowl every morning we woke up and like I said when I brought dinner for us Friday night after Thanksgiving from my son's house and set them on the counter next to the sink and came out of the bathroom and four or five roaches on each one said something to the front desk about it when we checked out and she just gave us a look like oh well and if you'd like to reach me and my name is Terry Dennis my phone number is 563-320-3087 please feel free to call me and another thing it's non-smoking building and walking up and down the hallways you could smell marijuana on every floor is quite ridiculous and once again I will never never stay there or recommend it

Someone would go start a Grey Dode Truck loud I mean loud truck. every hour leave it running for 45 - 60 min then shut of for an hr then rite back at it again an hour later . Couldn't tell front desk at nite as noone was there told a lady Saturday afternoon said she would write it down but nothing she could do because he is an older guy and does what he wants. I gentleman who was there today ( Sunday) and he said yeah he knew who it was and IThe guy was strange ( like it had a hole in the muffler no muffler) Didn't get to sleep at nite because of the truck.I was in room 402 and he was parked at end of building by the side door Maybe consider putting an extra roll of toilet paper in rooms Didn't have any hand towels or napkins Otherwise it was a great stau
