- No housekeeping , lazy people at front desk, kitchens in a room have no plates no silverware no cups - everything is $ extra. Found long hair in towels. Disappointed!

- Room was dirty. Spiderwebs every where and received a spider bite while at the hotel. Clearly not cleaned recently. Paid for a deluxe room and it was dirty. Did not look like pics.

I booked this room with the expectation of basic cookware and utensils provided to cook with. I needed to get food ready for an event and had very limited time. We were late because we had to find another place to fix the food.
I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the water pressure was great, full refrigerator with an ice maker. Nothing too fancy but the fact it was so clean made us feel really comfortable. The location was really convenient.

No breakfast buffet available. They did have breakfast items to purchase though and the rooms had a full refrigerator, stove, microwave and microwave.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen area when I walked in. Room was nice size, very clean & comfortable. Check in woman was very nice since we came to the hotel late at night. Wish we could have stayed longer but I was traveling home.
