Residence Inn by Marriott Davenport

Very nice staff and was newly remodeled and very clean

big bug in my shower. Housekeeping came 3 separate times before checkout time to see if I was still in my room. Walking in on my while I was getting dressed the 3rd time. After I hollered at them when they knocked to not open the door. No top door locks.

The entire place is being remodeled, the room we slept in was like brand new very nice and relaxing.

The pool is closed due to construction and from what I heard about it it's no longer going to exist expanding the wellness center and office space .

Staff did not clean the room the entire stay. Had to beg for linen. Front desk person made me get out of bed at night because he felt my husband isn?t really my husband because we?re gay.

The breakfast was fantastic! All but one of the staff members were friendly.

When booked, we had no idea that the hotel is undergoing renovations. There is no AC in the hallways, the pool was completely closed, it was noisy, and several of the construction workers made us feel uncomfortable. Room cleanliness and bugs were an issue

No pool and I could not get refunded. Did not mention on website that pool was down. This is the only reason I get a hotel room so my grandkids cam swim.

The room was great and it was a very nice setup.

I do not like when it says pool spa and you get there and it is closed due to whatever reason. I feel like that is false advertising when selecting between to hotels I choose this cause of hot tub then not to have either option of pool or hotub is not ok

Hotel was incredibly disappointing considering what we paid for. The room smelled terribly musty and of old cigarette smoke. The furnishings were outdated and in poor condition. Gross stains on the couch and the TV not pulling in channels. Pretty upset

The staff was very friendly. Everything was excellent for the most part

We have four kids and we're expecting to be able to swim but their pool was down the whole time and still wasn't fixed at the time of check out after being there for a week

Mold in the bathroom shower (room 200. Hot water did not work correctly in the lavatory sink.

Staff was amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. Hadn't stayed here before and will visit again when in Davenport, Iowa.

We actually had such a wonderful weekend - loved everything about Residence Inn.

The entire hotel is not very clean, including the room, hallways and elevator.

It was so clean and comfortable. Staff so friendly and helpful in every way. The evening greetings and meal and drinks was so great totally unexpected.

Very clean and roomy. Lots of amenities in the room. Great breakfast and the staff were all great--very friendly.

Kitchen with large refrigerator

Room was near the basketball court and could not sleep because people were using the court early in the morning and at night.

Loved the one bedroom suite with separate living area/kitchen from bedroom. Both had flatscreen tvs. Bathroom was separate from sink which is nice when sharing and makes it easier to get ready. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast

The staff was wonderful, always smiling and welcoming. The clerk checking me in explained in detail of staff cookout personally showed the courtyard, The facility was extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and Housekeeping did a great job.

The second night I arrived and there was no parking on the side my room was and had to park on direct opposite side of the building.
