Hampton Inn & Suites Davenport

Ants! The room was crawling with ants and I got very little sleep because they were in the bed crawling on me. I did not realize it until the next morning when I got up.

Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable, plenty of nearby dining options

Rooms were on the smaller side and the cost was higher than we were used to

Needed a grab bar INSIDE the shower .? on wall . Vertically installed are best. Also.? commode too low.

The room was clean and quiet. I appreciated that it had plenty of plugs and the lighting was good! The bathroom lights were great, whereas in many hotels it is different, and hard to really see. It's also a great location.

Location was good

The elevator was out of order and the only one working was really slow. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.

I went round and round w night clerk, the people above us were making very loud noises ALL night. I got to bed after 4am. he did NOT resolve our problem! that kind of loud noise and stomping should get someone removed from their hotel. absolutely awful.

Location, price,access to entertainment

Looked and felt rundown. Safety was in question. Pool area not clean and severely overcrowded.

Cleanliness, good Staff, good breakfast, and Location.

The staff Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We would definitely return to this location in the future.

Staff was nice and lobby was clean.

My room was a bit dirty with stains on the sofa and lots of stuff under the bed.

Comfortable bed & friendly check-in/check-out

Housekeeping lacks. Bedding was clean but there was dust on lamp & coffee maker, elevator had hand prints & tables in the breakfast area had not been wiped down. Did not check the boxes for being clean or sanitized.

Hotel was very clean and nice location. Several places to eat and shop very close. Nice breakfast with a good selection

The hotel was quiet. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 20 minutes from most of the sites that we visited. There was a grocery store close by and several other stores to pick up essentials needed.

One of the roads into the parking lot had some bad pot holes.

I have stayed at this hotel several times a year for the past couple of years and it was decent but this time it was pretty bad. In the past 4 days I never saw them wipe down the elevators, the doors or the room where they served crap for breakfast.

The friendly staff & the close proximity to the doctors office we were in town visiting.

The pool and hot tub were not in working order and taped off was not mentioned on the website. They barely had anything for breakfast. And the bed was hard as a rock, there was nobody to talk to upon checking out so I couldn’t give them feedback!

We loved the hotel location and the staff was wonderful.

The room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed prior to our stay. There was white animal hair on the carpet and a huge toenail! We had our 1 year old with us running around the room playing, so that definitely grossed us out!

Friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness of the hotel. Nice and quiet. You know when one books three rooms for additional family members, and everone was totally pleased, that speaks volumes of the inn.

Bed, I just could stay sleeping even being tired. Mattress just to soft and springs poking at me.

Standard hotel rooms were okay

I booked a king room and when I arrived at 2pm I was told that the room wasn't available due to maintenance issues and I was give. A 2 bed full room.
