Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Davenport - Quad Cities

Pool closed, free breakfast very poor quality and not refreshed, so we had to go out for breakfast.

The fact that it was so cheap that I could just check myself out after 5 minutes and rent a different hotel that didn't smell like piss.....

I only got it because it had a pool and the pool was closed we let the front desk know that like that's the only reason we got this hotel but they had no solution for us no help for us we got to the room it smelled like piss

The pool was closed, the room had mold in the wall and water stain on the curtains. Also stains in carpet in our room.

the coffee filters were incorrect for the 1 serve in room coffee machine and the coffee ran all over the table.

Main road was race track all night long. Pool closed, could use updating, carpet dirty fruit loop on 3rd floor hallway was on the carpet our entire stay. Elevator one small one. Bed first glance was a lumpy bed spread.

the room was nice and clean. breakfast was good. could have had a few more options tho. the front desk people were very nice.

The side door we could use to bring our pup in / out instead of lobby.

Really stunk. I know it was a pet friendly room so my expectations weren?t necessarily high but it smelt like cat urine. Definitely needed a good deep shampoo. 1/4 of a toilet paper roll was left, so room was obviously not restocked.

Nothing. It is horrible and should be removed from the Radisson name.

Nearly everything. The room was stained. Curtains torn. Towels were thread bare. Breakfast was nothing but toast and cereal. Horrid. We would really appreciate our money refunded.

The hotel is in poor condition. Broken banister outside, dirty carpet throughout hotel, rust on metal everywhere, bathroom has mold, broken items everywhere you looked. Staff absent everytime we walked downstairs, pillows were 1/2 sized of normal ones

The family that managed the hotel. They did all of the work; breakfast, housekeeping, laundry & reservations. They were an ideal team of workers. Exceptional!

No. We returned to stay at this location. The staff is what we remembered the most. The beds were comfortable,and we have been talking about our stay since our initial visit in January 2024.

Nothing. This hotel should be torn down, would not recommend it to anyone.

From the lobby, the elevator to the room this hotel was dirty. Was given 1 towel, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat AT CHECK IN! No other towels in the room. Carpet in the room was horribly stained, curtains were ripped. Toiletries non existent.

It was quiet.

Carpet was very wet by one bed dirty and stained. Bed uncomfortable. Room needed updating. Too tired to leave and go elsewhere.

Stains in the carpets of both of our rooms, wet large tear in the sheet on our window, the bathroom sink would not drain

It was inexpensive so what was I expected.

Dated, dirty carpet. Again, not complaining though as it was inexpensive.

Nothing. A totally unpleasant experience. This is nowhere near a two-star hotel.

In a word, this hotel was FILTHY. Floors were stained everywhere. My curtains were covered with splotches of something reddish-brown. The beds were barely made, the elevator walls and keypad clearly hadn't been sterilized or even wiped down in ages.

Quiet for the night as not many guests at the property

Check-in attendant spoke very poor English and handed the bathroom towels to you when checking in. Also, the free breakfast was poor. No batter for the waffle machine and no tea bags to make hot tea. Very mediocre property, I

First room we were given had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Next room was OK but AC was loud and sounded like it wasn't working quite right. Both rooms seemed in need of renovation.

Room was trash. Smelled terrible like mold. Staff was lovely. I would not recommend this hotel. They need to burn it down and try again.
