Quality Inn Creston

Location

Windows were left open on a Cold Windy night the evening of my arrival. Toilet flushed by itself frequently. Bathroom sink dripped. HVAC unit cycled off and on way too frequently.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient area.

Mainly was the cleanliness staff was friendly and had a good breakfast

Parking people with a trailer or boat could be difficult sometimes

Location close to the lakes we were fishing

TV remote didn't work. Outdoor electrical outlets to recharge boat batteries were sparce. This motel is in close proximity to 5 lakes and should be prepared to handle boat parking.

There wasn't anything I liked.

Yes, the room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned (vomit under the seat), the room smelled bad, the heater was super loud and turned on and off every few minutes waking me up, and the breakfast was just muffins or cereal.

I liked that it was conveniently located. Also, they had a good breakfast and staff was friendly.

My room was a little too far from my parking space. (I don't walk well due to knee surgery.) However, it wasn't too bad.

They are remodeling their hotel and didnt mention it. The workers are staying there and are nosey and messy. The hotel phones were down and didn''t work. The television and internet were out most of the day Saturday. The only good thing was ita locati

The staff were always helpful and friendly even though they were going through an ownership change. That did not effect our stay in any way. Breakfast was very good.

I HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES. IT IS HANDY FOR MY YEARLY TRIP TO CRESTON IOWA. NICE CLEAN QUITE PLACE. WELL KEPT AND DECIENT BRECKFAST GOOD HOTEL GOOD PRICE, NO BRAG, NO COMPLAINT

It was quiet and very comfortable and quite roomy

The door cards we were issued took about 20 tried to get in, EVERY time, two extra replacement cards were given,but no better, had no problem on the main/outside door. Plastic windows were thin

Room was from the 1970's. Would have loved to stay in the NEW building, as I am sure it is the same price. I wasn't wowed by this old room. But it works.

Location - close to where I needed to be in the area.

The shower curtain rod was bent and the shower curtain would not stay closed.

Location, with room and staff, especially the job hotel employee did in getting me the room I wanted.4

I liked the location being close to everything including Walmart behind our motel.

I didn't like that our non-smoking room smelled like old cig smoke in addition to a/c unit smelling like mold & mildew. It was so bad that I picked up Febreze to get rid of the smell. They need to get rid of the smoking rooms in the middle of the hotel!

They gave my room away although I had called the same day to warn I would check-in late.Since they were fully booked, I had to drive 35 minutes to find another room.
