Did not change sheets for 5 nights Nothing special for breakfast. Very utilitarian selection.

AC loud, no tv - cable down unacceptable, noisy - thin walls doors slamming WiFi slow. Not worth what we paid for the room. Dog in dining area. Dissatisfied

Was rushed out hotel cleaning people woke me up at 8am to clean room checkout was at 11am also stane on sheets dk what it was floor was dirty next to bed

It was very clean.

We had problems with the TV. I think they were changing the cable package while we were there.

Nothings

First the room was not room I booked no fridge no coffee maker the toilet wasn¿t flushing. The change the ro 128 to 104 with noisy bed .

Clean, good staff and good breakfast

I expected a refrigerator and microwave for the price I paid. I guess I should have looked at the room details closer.

It was close to oanera

The beds were made very sloppy. The bedspreads were not clean. The bathroom floor had trash on it from the prior person

This hotel needs to be updated! LOUD!!! The handle on my shower was broken. It was a miracle I got to take a shower. Yes, I was right across from the laundry, by the exercise room, by the pool, my meeting was at 10 a.m. and I was awakened at 7 by loud

Easy to get to, well maintained, very large room, staff were very accommodating with any and all requests we had. Thank you!

It was clean, good location and friendly staff

Great location, staff, parking etc. The room layout was comfortable and the bed was just right.

All night there was a loud popping noise in the ceiling that woke us up 2-3x at least, so we didn't get a lot of sleep. It was disappointing since the only reason we got the room was to sleep after we moved out of our house.

no breakfast as advertised and ran out of coffee in the morning, and the coffee was cold the 1/4 cup I did get.

Breakfast was good. King suite room is large

Pool and hot tub were closed despite us calling ahead and asking. We chose this hotel strictly so our group could swim and enjoy the hot tub. When we explained to the staff on duty they were not helpful.

Pool small and loud. Wall falling apart. We specifically booked a room with 2 queens/pullout. Our room was 1 king/ pullout. Front desk said that room didn't exist at this hotel. Ironically our teammates had the exact room we booked. HATE being lied to!!

It had a great location for the reason we were in Cedar Rapids.

Disappointed there was no fridge or microwave. Even Super 8's have that! The enthusiasm level of the front desk fellow that checked us in was quite low. The gal in charge of breakfast was wonderful and kept everything stocked and clean.

It was clean, Staff was nice, and it was affordable.

We just had to get our T.V working is all.

LOCATION

HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE HEATING / THERMOSTAT FRONT DESK ATTENDENT JUST SHRUGGED IT OFFROOM WAS 74 DEGREES WHEN WE CHECKED IN THERMOSTAT WAS AT 70! SET TO 67 AND 4 HOURS LATER IT WAS 65 DEGREES MATTRESS WAS TERRIBLE AND WORN OUT YOU COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS

There ventilation pool not working I got sick and my grandson had headaches next day! Then we had fire alarms! They we good reverse charge.

Breakfast was really good. Kinda noisy in pool area for my liking but then the hotel cannot really control this otherwise it was a quiet restful night. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked but the bedding was well kept. Unlike your competition. Where the bedding and pillows looked 20 years old and the air conditioner couldn't keep up. The towels were stained as well but not at your place.
