Comfort Inn & Suites Cedar Rapids North - Collins Road

Clean. Always available. Met Hotel employee in the dining area. She works hard to keep clean and everything filled.

Comfortable bed

My coffee maker was missing a part where we put coffee packet in. Had to go downstairs to breakfast room to get fresh coffee

Room was nice and comfortable as always....staff always friendly and helpful here.

We have stayed here before...breakfast was not up to the usual high standards that we expect from here.

Front desk helpful. Like that its a family business!

Love the hot tub but its dirty.

Clean room and helpful staff

WiFi was hard to connect to and kept going out

I was given a room that was already taken by someone else. So that was weird. There was half used shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the shower. Also there was food in the microwave that was left from the previous people. Completely disappointed.

The pick 3 options was deceptive. I was trying to get the best price at hotels near the Cedar Rapids airport. One of the pick 3 choices had the exact names of the hotels that would meet that criteria. But the 1 I got was NOT near the airport. Deceptive.

Nothing dirty as hell

Dirty toilet hard crust on a towel and tv remote did not work so no tv said that's all they got

Great location. Good room. Great price.

There was a plastic bag over our smoke detector!!

Everything was fine. We were a family .1 parent (mother) and two adult sons. Rooms closer together would have been nice, but we do understand limits of what is available.

Easy access to freeway to surrounding area. Hotel was clean beds and pillows amazing! Staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, lemon water in lobby a nice touch! Will stay again!

There wasn't hot water in bathroom in am but when I asked about it- hot is cold/ cold is hot in some units. Said he would rectify the problem.

Found bedbugs in suitcase after coming home. Only stayed 1 night away from how so the bugs had to have come from this hotel.

Great location! Pet friendly. Nice breakfast.

The pool and hot tub were being fixed during our stay.

Bed & bedding are nice

Room not clean. On arrival trash full, carpet needed vacuuming; weird texture; I put towels down to walk. Bath tub had hair in it. A big fly pestered me from my arrival & I left early due to it. Bfast was a white flour feast, typical. Never again.

The staff was very friendly and the manager worked hard to fix the reservation issue that the night auditor created.

The entire hotel including our room was not kept very clean. Public areas, dining room, the pool, it all wasn't very clean which was unexpected for the star level it had.

For our needs, it was perfect. Great location. Paid for our dog to stay but reasonable price. Nice walking trail for dog. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nothing negative.

Our room had a conjoining room door that did not lock. Luckily the people were also going to the wrestling tournament we were at. We had to switch rooms because the sheets were dirty in the first room. Second room only had one bed with clean sheets.

Breakfast

Pool and hot tub closed

The room was okay.

Pool and hot tub were not in operation as advertised. It would Would have been nice to know this before we booked. The outside keyed door was duck-taped and anyone could get in. The hot breakfast was to go till 10 and the food was gone at 8:45 AM.

The friendly lady at the desk, 2nd shift night Audit.
