Hotel couldnt a accommodate. When asked for a room downstair my mother uses a walker cant do 24 stairs. Hotel said they had a handicapped room for 14.00 more but had a hight tub. Small pillow. Bed sinks in

Very strange and rude young man working day shift two of the days I was there. He made me very uncomfortable.

No elevator. Most of the staff was nice but one man was very strange a rude.

Well it was closer to my all families that I came to see.

The way it says online that they serve a breakfast , but I went to ask in the morning and the staff told that they don?t serve breakfast any more. I was kind of upset.

When you book online they still asking you for 50$ deposit , which not a good thing since you already have a reservation, but overall they good people and they give you back your deposit when you leaving the hotel .

Yes. I'm pregnant and the main reason we picked this hotel was because it said they had breakfast come to find out they do not I was very unhappy with that.

They reserved my room for three nights, not four. They charged a surprise $50 deposit, which they claimed to be unable to refund upon checkout. They advertised breakfast was not provided. The housekeeping staff stole cash and prescription medications.

Bed spread had holes, the chair was full of stains. Will never go there again.

Close to restaurants and the Oktoberfest I came to witness.

There was only 1 free electrical outlet in the room. I made it work with an extension cord, so it was ok.

No breakfast as advertised. Unfriendly personnel. Broken chain lock on door. Not quite seedy, but close.

Wet dirty towels on entering, bed sheets not changed & dirty, A/C filter nasty & moldy & stashed behind bed. Refrigerator in room smelt of mold. Dust and cobwebs behind furniture, odd parts on floor. large hole in comforter, ice bucket dirty staff snooty.

there was no pool that was advertised in the menu in the room comes to find out that the pool hasnt been open for 5 years no hbo even though there are sign that says hbo include. even though they tell you they do have it they dont.

Mold in the bathroom, mold in the coffee pot! When I asked to have it cleaned I was asked to clean it! Never recommend this place.

Staff at check in was friendly. Breakfast was simple, but filling. Make your own waffles... enough said.

Only negative was stained sheets.
