Hampton Inn Cedar Rapids

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine.

For a Hampton by Hilton (and for the price) it was far from what we expected. We have stayed at Hamptons before, and this hotel was the least impressive of them. The room was way overpriced!

The location was poor. The breakfast selection was poor. The hotel room was smaller than I've expected nd I've had 2 bedroom rooms before.

The room was very nice, breakfast staff friendly , breakfast option were nice .

Outside construction over entrance made it difficult to enter. "Lunch " tables with cheap plastic tablecloths taped on , in room directly in front of check in desk looked tacky

A breeze checking in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

There was no complimentary shampoo in the room, and only ne small bar of soap.

It was recently remodeled, attractive, clean, quiet. Staff members were pleasant, breakfast was good, and it was a good price.

The room was very nicely decorated with attention to modern detail. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. Location felt safe and good grassy area outside for our dog.The free breakfast had a good variety of foods.

The hot tub was out of order. Our room felt a bit dark with not much natural light. The room was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 children and there wasn't a good place to set my suitcase.

Beds looked like they were thrown together and wrinkly. Hoping they were clean. Bathtub didn't look clean. Breakfast sitting area was dirty. Didn't see anyone attending to restock food or wipe off tables. We stay at Hamptons often, but not this one aga

Clean, good service, no hassles. Complimentary breakfast was good and had a good variety.

The pool was closed along with the hot tub. Was told it was listed on the website so we checked. Showed them the site,nothing notes there. They told us we could not get a discount without having to call the main company office.

I like the name.

We booked this room 4 months in advance and the room was like a last resort room it was a handicap room, no fridge,no microwave. I love staying at Hampton's but this was crappy of the hotel to of booked us this room with 4 months in advance.

Location was great, near the interstate, but not so close as to hear the trafic. Also, although we put a Do not Disturb sign on the door, they placed a basket with clean towels, toilet paper and plastic bags for the waste baskets outside the door.

Front desk personnel, on two different occassions were unable to articulate the difference between standard and premium internet service.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Overall, it is a nice hotel. My room was nice, if it hadn't been RIGHT NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR!!!!!! No sleep when the elevator was shaking the room all night.

My room, was a wall away from the elevator. It was awful!!! Every time the elevator moved, it shook my room, made a loud thud and you could hear the motor of the elevator. Whomever designed that hotel is an idiot!!!

I didn't make the trip to the motel. Reason: We were going to get 12-16 inches of snow. I did cancel the motel direct talking to hotel employee. She said to also let you know that I was cancelling but when I tried logging in, it stated I showed to history.
