Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Microwave was difficult to use. It was poorly placed and not plugged in. I couldn't read the controls. Breakfast was not great.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. And everything was very clean and welco.ing.

Unfortunately the coffeemaker in our room didn't work, and we couldn't get the vending machines to work.

The cleanliness

The pool had to much chlorine it was burning your eyes once your walked into the room. Could only swim for 30 minutes due to eyes burning

Breakfast was not very good, even for free standards. Pool area ventilation was broken making it unusable, but I had no plans to use it, so it didn't matter.

Friendly front desk staff, rooms clean, and had a nice relaxing pool and hit tub. Love the rustic feel of this hotel!

The hot tub in the pool area was wonderful. The check-in process was done very quickly and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was good, but I was hoping for more selections. I have traveled in the south and the hotels there have much better breakfast selections.

I like that the room had a whirlpool. The lobby looked nice.

The pool, hot tub, and lobby fireplace were broken. Our ceiling leaked at 4 am. The plumbing of other rooms was so loud it kept my wife awake. Our room was dirty. Our first room looked uncleaned at all (unmade bed, towels on floor, tv on).

Dirty rooms, bathtub had a metal rod coming out of drain, sink didn¿t work. Group of kids in pool area running throwing footballs across room. My five year old was knocked down and hurt front desk was extremely rude and did absolutely nothing

They are making efforts to upgrade public areas that were affected by the Derecho.

On checking in I opened the door to the room only to find lights on and clothes on the floor. We had been given the wrong room key.

The location. That¿s it

The hotel lobby was under construction so there was no breakfast, pool was closed and everything was covered in dust. When we got to our room one of the dresser drawers was broken. If we would have known we would have stayed somewhere else. 1 star ¿¿

The staff was very friendly! The location was excellent for the airport. We stayed in a pet room because we had a pet with us, but you could not tell it was a pet room!

The room was an excellent one and the location was great! We had a really helpful gal who checked us in. Thanks. Really awesome breakfast.

The pool WAS NOT GOOD GREEN WATER No one swam the entire three days I was there except my Wife and she was discussed!

They CHARGED MORE THAN We AGREED TO SOME HIGHER RATE CAUSE OF THE WEEKEND WITH THE POOL NOT GOOD I WOULD STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE THE BRAND NEW HOTEL GOING UP WE WILL BE BACK IN TWO MONTHS PROBABLY NOT THIS HOTEL?

Very clean, nice pool and hot tub. Friendly staff.

The room that we first checked into had bugs so we changed rooms Hotel employee was great her manager wasn't in a good mood and I would didn't get a receipt from her .. I am grateful that Hotel employee was there to give ok customer service.

Bed bugs, no receipt, grumpy manager.
