Front desk attendant when I checked in. Dark was professional and personal able. Just what I needed in a late arrival

It was so clean and honestly, the staff made a world of difference! I must shout out to the front desk staff member who brought us clean bedding at 2am because our son was sick. And checking in with hotel employee was seamless and he was so kind!

The bed was not very comfortable and there was a bright LED light beaming me in the face under the microwave!

My room coffee maker did not work. Front desk staff attended to it immediately

Nice hotel and facility was in great condition. Nice room. TV was a newer model with a cable system that doesn't lag. Shower with the handle on the opposite end of the shower head is a nice touch. Helps give the bathroom a more high-end feel.

The bed...way too hard. Mt wife and I both struggled to get decent sleep on that bed. Pillows are bad also, but every hotel seems to carry that type of pillow these days.

Location is great and newer facility is nice.

Our room had a smoke smell to it and the shower head only was stuck on a weird setting so the spray was on the "lazer" setting.. I definently got clean.

Very nice, clean room. The entire hotel was very nice.

Why is breakfast not complimentary?The bed was VERY uncomfortable...very hard.

sterile room, did not have real coffee cups, lumpy pillows, pool too cold to use. loud bar area central to the only public space. dinner was not possible as there is no dining room away from the bar.

This property was new and very clean. The food and little market were convenient. Very comfortable stay.

Cost for a family was high. Facility is definitely business expense property. Everything was an extra cost that wasn't family friendly

Location, location, location plus beautiful interior of hotel and our room. The bar was outstanding, esp your signature margaritas.

Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was beautiful! Restaurant staff awesome too! In fact, my friend had a special request for a breakfast "sandwich" and specified how she liked it prepared, and the chef made it for her each day. Above and beyond, I would say.

Had clog in toilet around midnight one evening. Called to front desk for plunger and clerk was not sure he could locate one. We had to call again at 6:30 a.m. and ask about the plunger, to which he replied "Oh, I found one, just didn't want to bring it to your room because maybe you were sleeping." ??????

The hotel was clean, bed was super comfortable, staff was friendly. The room was very spacious. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

It was clean but pricey. Limited restaurant on facility but neighborhood was abundant with various restaurants and shopping.

Had to work with hostess and manager to get the price it said on my reservation for breakfast. They wanted $4 more but no hassle they agreed to my booking price
