The size of the room Location The Window blinds! The pocket makes it very dark in room! Brillant!

The Breakfast was not great. The Bacon was Bioengineered! It was disgusting

The manager took care of us and moved us to a different room that was very nice and quiet the second night.

The first night we were in a room next to a yippy dog that barked off and on til midnight then again around 4am.

The room was nice and clean

Yes we were told free wifi nut you had to sign up for there rewards program to get it

The staff was friendly and tried to work with me on the issues I was having with my room.

I had to switch room multiples times because they were not cleaned. The front desk staff was great with their cleaning staff left food, hair, crumbs, hair, and trash in all of the rooms. After I left, I was then charged twice which still hasn’t been fix

Cleanliness

The bathroom door in our room was a slide door. Every one of us got our finger smashed trying to close it. Stupid design.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I did not care for the mattress on the bed.

First time to try Homes 2 Suites. Very Nice and staff very helpful.

Breakfast was good with many choices!

I personally prefer having a hotel hot tub, and a tub shower combo in the room. Neither of those exist.

The spacious rooms. It had everything i needed for the kitchen.

The only problem I had was the bathroom door did not slide easy and there is no handle to grab to help move the door.

Location and facilities.

There were cartons of stale milk at the breakfast bar. The biggest issue was the bathroom door. The latch was broke when we checked in; that was fixed the next day. We also has issues with closing the bathroom door- that was not fixed during our stay. It was so hard to close my wife could not close it by herself.

Elevator, hard bed, good A/C, water flow from sinks, shower head was good. Breakfast variety was OK.

Snack shop prices were way too high. Had biscuits for SOS, but no meat gravy for it one morning. Price was high, also due to taxes, fees.

The rooms were great size for a big family! Everything was clean and the staff were super helpful!

After checking in we went to the pool to let my 9 year old daughter swim. I was exhausted so I laid down on the reclining chair. I had a bottle of distilled water next to me. About 2 min. after I sat down, the front desk lady came with intent, yanked open the pool room door, looked and pointed at me saying “you can’t have that in here” (referring to the water). I said ok, and my wife took it out to the car. While my wife was putting it in the car, I looked around and saw drinks everywhere. I walked to the front desk to ask why she singled us out and didn’t ask anyone else to remove their drinks and she said “IM BUSY, I’ll take care of it”. About 5 min later she comes storming into the pool room and literally YELLS at the top of her lungs “EXCUSEEEEEEERERR MEEEE, IF THERE IS ANY DRINKS OR FOOD UP IN HERE IM SHUTTING THIS WHOLE PLACE DOWN”. Everyone in the pool was shocked, staring at her, maybe around 20 people. Then she turns and looks right at me and says “THERE!! YOU HAPPY NOW?!!” Turns to walk away and I stand up and ask her what her name is. She gives me her first name then asks me for mine and my room number and says she’s doing her own kind of report. I asked to speak with a manager and she said no manager was in. I called customer support and after waiting for almost 40 min I get connected with someone only for them to hang up. I called back and spoke with another person and he apologizes and says someone will be calling me within 80 hours. We went straight to the desk and handed our keys back and left. Never even brought are luggage in. Chelene at the front desk is absolutely unbelievably unstable and reflects upon her actions. I would love a copy of the the video to show others. 12/28/2024 approx, 7:50 pm in the pool. Oh, and no one ever called me back.
