Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf - Davenport NE by IHG

Was so beautiful and comforting - were able to rest and relax (son had Achilles surgery)

Maybe more coffee, cream, cups in the room or a “coffee spot” in the kitchen area

Location

Room Wasn’t clean, not vacuumed, surfaces not wiped.

Location to the field. Facility was in great condition.

Food/Drinks should not be an extra expense for the amount we paid for the room.

Nice large, modern, clean room

This hotel was great! We will definitely be back.

We called for late check out and were told that there wasn¿t any availability for this that they had already granted too many requests for this. I¿m not thinking that Sunday evenings are a busy time for new arrivals like a Friday/ Saturday so odd.

This Hotel does care about customer service. They damn care about customer service. They had a 200 kids booking this weekend. They least bothered to inform me before hand. They are too much noise, screaming and banging doors during our stay.

The layout of the room was interesting.

The food was horrible, no vending machines, no water pressure, and the people above me were stomping around all night.

The patio

I was next to the ice machine, the laundry and the pool. Sound traveled through the door very easily.

The room was nearly perfect, except for the food under the hide-a-bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TEMPT COVID. Manager does NOT enforce clearly-stated policy of masks required in common areas. Yahoos maskless EVERYWHERE-- elevators, stairwells, hallways. Staff not covering noses!!! Will NEVER stay here again, even p

Great location and nicely furnished.

Only that it took the room a bit to warm up upon arrival.

Modern design. Location near pubs and eateries. Quietness. Bathroom size and shower.

Bed represented as king when it was smaller than king. Overly soft mattress. Pillows that were too thick causing neck pain by morning. Extremely poor snack offerings especially since restaurant and pub were closed. Candy varieties for children.

I liked the location of the desk and bed.

My king room had the TV on the side, not facing the bed. Next time I will get a queen so it faces the bed better.

It was clean and very nice. Beds, linens, towels all very nice and plentiful. Would definitely recommend

Construction going on around so heard that in the mornings. Also heard housekeeping knocking on doors by is at 6 am

I really liked the location with the bars and restaurants nearby

I thought the price we paid was high for the are compared to other hotels

Clean and well maintained

Upon booking this hotel, I was inform that there was complimentary breakfast. That wasn't the case.I would not have booked that hotel. Thank you
