From the street it looks abandoned. Grass has not been mowed all summer and weeds have taken over. Low occupancy so there are rarely cars in the parking lot. No breakfast Pool has been out of commission for months. Did not get bed requested.

The price was excellent

Check in took way too long than it needed to be, I had to fill out a massive form for check in. Elevators were on the other side of the hotel, The TV didn't work and the remote was covered in something disgusting. Bathtub was clogged and no breakfast.

One of our key cards didn't work in the outside doors which was frustrating since we needed separate access due to our schedules

Clean rooms. Clean lobby, helpful staff.

Lack of breakfast offering, including good coffee. I would?ve paid more to get these things.

I was going to say that they allowed me a refund for the rest of my nights I didn't want to stay there, but so far I have yet to receive my money back.

There were bugs, stains on the walls and carpet, broken ice machines, the "breakfast" was dry cereal and weak transparent coffee and untoasted bread, and a tray of cookies! there were no toiletries in the rooms. they also do not clean the rooms

Nothing I absolutely hated it

It was very dirty there was no ac my room was never clean

the bed was comfortable

the carpet was dirty, very dirty. there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. no TV remote, no hand or face towels. no one at the front desk at check out. no idea when the breakfast started, no coffee available in the lobby in the morning.

Room had not been cleaned, bed made but sheets had not been changed. Hair and stains on sheets. No maids. Finally I asked manager to bring me bedsheets and I changed them myself. No toilet paper or clean towels. Hotel not well maintained.

Blood on the sheets they had no replacement as well as weird stains on the towels which they had no replacement either pool was closed staff was very unsympathetic when talking about a dirty room told me I might get charged when I told them about towels

When arriving the clerk told us that no house keepers showed up today to clean the rooms.It was obvious our bathroom was not cleaned, garbage and not emptied of food.as well as tub with soap bar in the the tub. Sheets appeared changed.

Think twice about staying here. TVs don?t work, pool closed for ?maintenance?, zero towels in our room, horrible WiFi , grass overgrown & non-patrons hanging out in the lots at night. The entry doors all have locks that don?t work so safety is an issue!!

The fact that it is part of the casino property, and located on the Detroit river with view of Detroit.

The check in process, with no help from the staff with c/c issues. Zero compassion for guests with a c/c issue misunderstanding. And separated from each other by the distance of the casino, due to construction at entry to checkin location. 2 hour ck-in

This should not be listed as a 3 star hotel. It clearly used to be a nicer hotel that new ownership is slowly allowing to decay. Things broken while I was there: -tv service -ice machines -pool -fridge -grass unmowed -breakfast a joke -hardly any towels

No cable, pool, or breakfast. Bathroom was full of hair with no towels, washcloths, or soap.

The way it use to be. Was a completely different atmosphere from what it was the last few times we stayed there.

Pool down and none of the TV¿s worked. Tell us Pool down for maintenance reviews been saying that since last fall. Claims working on TV issue asked when they should be back up and says 2 weeks. Well the reviews show down for couple months.

Location to our venue

Room was dirty-soiled towels left/dried blood/food on the walls. No TV service. Pool closed for maintenance. No breakfast. Rude staff. Unsafe/dark parking lot. Asked for refund but rudely denied. Toilet was broken-my SIL fixed it temporarily.

The room itself was clean and comfortable.

No TV, no secure wifi, no pool, no breakfast, no outside card readers worked so, to get to my room, I had to enter the lobby and walk the entire length of the hotel. This was a major inconvience.

When I check out

No breakfast, no pool, no microwave, courtyard locked, stingy with towels, employees asking for money and calling my room after 10 pm. They provide no amenities and have poor customer service skills
