Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Nice restaurant with good selection of food. No issues staying in the north tower. Room 8021 close to elevator. Casino staff very friendly and stakes on the blackjack tables were $5-$10 minimums.

Some areas of carpet could be replaced.

Hotel is on the river

Hotel room wasn't available until 5:30pm. Reservation states room check in after 4:pm. Reservation clerk overwhelmed at desk. Did not give us a smoking room. We noticed it after we unpacked. So we had to repack go back to desk. And get another room.

Clean the pool its disgusting and fix the drains in 445. I was taking a shower and it minds well be a bath cause it did not drain

The food was nothing to write home about. Dinner was good but very expensive, breakfast wasn?t good.

I believe you have to rate the Casino with the hotel. The casino has such poor ventilation. There are so many smokers we had to shower after playing slots. Over 80% of adult Americans don't smoke yet we have to put up with the minority that do.

Rooms are advertised as being cleaned daily. I was there 3 nights and room was never cleaned!

Beds are very comfortable. Rooms clean and bright.

No hot water in bathroom sink and remote didn't work properly.

The lobby check in area was nice just like a vegas hotel. The 2 men at check in were nice and fun to deal with.

Lots to do, not many kids all over! Up to date, and food was great

i reserved a non smoking room and was given a smoking room then they tried to upsale me to a non smoking room

How well maintained, clean, and fresh smelling it was.

Check in staff was horrible and had a line clear into the north tower. Either the lumpy pillows or my side of the bed were uncomfortable but my husband slept well. Bathroom door and toilet were too close. Couldn't open refrigerator cabinet door to use.

I was charged a resort fee on top of paying (you owe me 14). Your site says 3 restaurants but only 1 open 5-9. We arrived at 8:30 and were not seated as closing and nothing open in the area; also nothing for breakfast. Facts on your site are wrong

Desk staff was extremely rude. No soap in the room. They do not service the rooms and when we needed towels on the 2nd and 3rd day, they expected you to wait in line behind people checking in and actually act irritated if you don¿t use the kiosks.

We upgraded our room once we got there for $20 more a night to the north tower. The rooms were large, clean and updated. The hotel location was good to surrounding restaurants, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I love the location right on the river. Took a walk along the river after dinner. I didn't gamble this time as I was in town for an all dr appointment and was exhausted.

There is absolutely no way this is a 3 star hotel what a sham!! The rooms were dirty the electronic doors were broken anybody could come into hotel, it was loud, the list goes on. Don¿t ever stay here
