The location and the friendly new management.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room.

The location it was 10 mins from where I worked

The hotel was dirty and needs a lot of help

Close to restaurants and the interstate.

Mold in rooms, damp sheets, smell in rooms and hallways.

It's quiet. The king room was spacious. Breakfast had cinnamon roll waffles. Eggs, sausage and gravy with biscuits fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal. Fresh fruit. Juice and really good coffee.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. Not alot of guests. No noise. Breakfast was the same as other hotels.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

The hallway was not clean.

Location cleanliness

Staff accused me of having a dog, I did not. When they realized they were wrong they did not apologize

It is older building that the current operators have made attempt to provide some up-dates with paint, bath fixtures, plumbing and breakfast area. We had room with twin queen beds and there was space for comfortable chair and reading lamp. Wifi was good

Operator was burning incense sticks that was strong odor in entryway. My wife is allergic to some odors and she found it unpleasant. Noted some dead bugs on the carpet at the door to our room.

Location.

Filthy. Dusty room. Stains on the sheets/comforter. Floor was not vacuumed well. Unpleasant odors.

Staff was very accommodating for an old busted hotel. Didn't rate - so not to influence overall score.

Can't believe posted guest score! First room dark and moldy. Got moved to upper level. Dark room, PTAC took 4 hrs to cool room, torn bedspread, broken shower head.

The hotel was nothing fancy, but pretty solid, and better than expected. Location is less than a 5 minute drive from a lot of suburban dining and retail, and about 15 minutes from downtown right off the interstate.

The hotel is dated, with low shower pressure, and bare bones when it comes to amenities.

stated it was pet friendly but it did not state that i had to take my dog with me every where i went and could not leave in room very misleading the tv kept going in and out

The staff was wonderful. Enjoyed the hot breakfast including waffles. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. Breakfast was good. Biscuits & gravy were a little on the cool side. But rest was good. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. bed. Good night sleep.

Yes. I told the manager I have a cat and he told me I could not bring in my cat even though it states specifically its pet friendly. I wasted an hour drive out to this hotel,the manager was rude and did not give me a refund after I canceled that night.

No laundry facilities

The front office executives were super friendly and courteous. Before leaving I suddenly had a back sprain and the ladies went above and beyond to give me the required attention. You could see the genuine concern.

Location, price, and breakfast were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

They charged us $25/night for a small dog, seemed higher than other hotels. We had a little mold in the caulk around the tub.
