As soon as I started registering I was told there was a $377.48 cleaning fee that was not part of my receipt and reservation. I felt trapped and it seemed like fraud. You should be transparent about all fixed fees during booking!!

This ISN’T a hotel! It is a small condo rental owned by individuals so you don’t know what you are going to walk into. Also be prepared for excessive cleaning fee of $377 not indicated up front in addition to what you pay when booking.

Hidden $350 non-refundable cleaning fee. Smoke detector low battery beeping as soon as I entered (how recently was the room even checked?). Multiple cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. I ended up staying with friends at a Airbnb most of my time.

The location (in Poipu area, close to the beach, shopping and fun activities); the beautiful grounds; the peaceful atmosphere. We lucked out by getting a unit with air conditioning. It was warm, and we would've been pretty uncomfortable without it.

The bed in the unit wasn't very comfortable (the mattress was a little soft, scratchy (pilled) sheets, giant pillows that hurt my neck.)

Great location, on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Lots to do at the resort: snorkeling, pickleball, pool, live music. Fully equipped kitchen.

We were charged $---+ "cleaning" fee when we arrived. Not impressed. Be upfront about your charges.

Tried charging an undisclosed $377 cleaning fee+ destination fee+ additional tax upon check in. Based on how staff handled this issue it has clearly happened before and used as a ploy to get people to book their resort.

cleaning expense very high! tub too deep, shower head too strong water pressure, no body wash soap , yet there were shampoo & bar soap

I was surprised the hotel doesn¿t offer towel service and didn¿t provide clean sofa beds-cushions were stained. Also sofa bed was extremely old and springs were not comfortable when sleeping.

Nothing! mold throughout,rusty and dirty refrigerator, a large cockroach in the bathroom, live lizard was found in the bedroom. I woke up with little bugs on my face, the screen wasn't attached properly and all of the shutters throughout were filthy.

Everything!! So gross, filthy, mold everywhere, no air conditioner. We would never recommend this hotel to our worst enemy!! Don't book, doesn't deserve half star!

Convenient location near Poipu Beach

No air conditioning. We went in mid September and it was too hot. The fan in the bedroom was very weak and did not provide much relief at all from the heat. We stayed in room 101.

We loved the beach, plantation grounds, rental gear shack, free access to the Poipu Beach Club for tennis, swimming and workouts.

Our unit needed some tlc: some outlets didn't work, furniture old, bathroom grout peeling, lighting very dark, pocket door off hinges. Also, full kitchen was advertised, but there wasn't any plastic dishware or sponges or cleaning supplies.

Great location, excellent beach access, wonderful lawn area. Easy equipment rental and the staff are amazing!

Our building was close enough to the main road that it was a bit noisy.

Good location. The woman who checked us in was very nice.

Undisclosed check out cleaning fee which after taxes was an additional $330.00. Ridiculous! Room appeared smaller than the photos. Walls very thin. We could hear a guy cough.

View from suite, weather, beach

No restaurant, pool across street thus very inconvenient

Good beach location. A few restaurants across the street as well as great coffee shop. Mostly beautiful grounds although our unit looked out on a less maintained ¿garden area¿.

No A/C, it was hot and humid while we were there. A bit of a walk from our unit to the beach.

Nice complex. Athletic club access across the street was nice.

No maid service. The floor was dirty. My location was too far from the beach. I was in the crappy part.
