Set amid river pools and tropical gardens, the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa features a golf course, 7 restaurants and a spa. Each guest room includes a private balcony. - We paid for an ocean view room with 2 queen beds. We got a pool view room with one queen and one king. We discussed this with the front desk and were offered a 2nd floor room - from which we were not able to see the ocean. Incredibly disappointing!

We paid for an ocean view room with 2 queen beds. We got a pool view room with one queen and one king. We discussed this with the front desk and were offered a 2nd floor room - from which we were not able to see the ocean. Incredibly disappointing!
