The proximity to the ocean, sunrise, & crashing waves. Best location we?ve ever stayed. The drive at night was intense.

Some feed back for condo. It needed a sink stopper, ice bucket, more dish towels, the iron needs replaced. Very dirty & mineral deposits. Didn?t work effectively for wedding prep

Waterfront

It's a AirBnB condo basically, great location/oceanfront but no air conditioning (it can get warm during the day) in the room. Appliances are old too.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us.

The room didn¿t have air conditioning. It made it difficult to be in the room during the day. The location of the room made breezes limited. Voices from neighboring rooms carried making it difficult to sleep with crying babies and loud voices.

The hotel/condo was close to dining. Also the pool/gym were very nice.

The room was VERY outdated. The king bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable. At least update the bed if nothing else. When describing the pool/gym area they should mention it¿s not even on the property. It¿s oddly farther away and across the street.

The restaurant -closed. The pools were NOT on the property. They are part of the health club that is .5 mile away - you would drive there or walk along a very busy road that has NO sidewalks! The gardens looked sad - need TLC. So does the room.

Location , friendly staff.

No A/C.. wooden shutters everywhere and no real windows. No privacy as everything can be heard from outside. (Based on bottom level unit)

You pay a cleaning fee and in fact there is no service to clean your room during your stay.

I liked the location, the fact that the room was well equipped with kitchen essentials and reasonably priced for a family of four.

They did not have their own swimming pool. We had to cross the street to a beach club to utilize their pool.

The kitchen was well stocked. The room even came with beach chairs and boogie boards. Very clean and roomy.

Location is great. Only a short walk to the beach.

Got put in building and room that was the closest to the main road. Lots of car noise. Also, toilet didn't function properly throughout entire stay.

Dry side of Island, grounds were well kept, inside unit needs more attention like the grounds. Although expensive, several very good restaurants within a mile or less of resort.

Dated unit, needs deep cleaning, soiled carpet, beach was rough, no pool, hot tub, work out room onsite, had to drive to it. No A/C, no laundry in unit. Had to walk to the laundry and 1/2 of the dryers were out of service. expensive to wash & dry.

Very quiet.. Beautiful grounds. Great staff.

Nothing. Will problally stay the next January.
