Hotel Moloka'i

The hotel has a very nice layout for the units. I felt independent of the other units, which added to the ambiance.

Checkout is by 10 a.m. I asked if I fit I’d get a later checkout and was told there is a $25 charge for each half hour part 10, and a full-night’s charge if leaving after noon.

Pool

Asked about late check out, manager on duty wasn’t really friendly. Paid even more money just for 2 more hours 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Absolutely nothing !

We paid $--- and we got an ?ocean front? room with ants, other insects, and it was an old rundown room! Everything was creaky, covered in 8 layers of paint. They used an ultra wide angle lens on the pics- it is tiny room. I regretted booking there!

No AC in rooms even though it's CRAZY HOT. The pool is kinda small and there's no wind. You can't take drinks back to your room even though the bar and your room are about 10 feet apart. There's no place to get into the ocean. Crap showers.

Hotel employee were great. Everything else was completely unacceptable. There was minimal ammenities, but free parking was at least a plus

The floor of the room was dirty with red dirt and sand. The shower drain did not drain so we stood in our dirty bath water for more than half the shower. There was dried blood on my daughter's comforter....disgusting! We left the hotel a day early.

Very friendly staff (this is, after all, the Friendly !) who made me feel at home as a solo traveler. Room had all the amenities I needed. Clean, comfy bed. Food in the restaurant was simple and quite good.

Such a beautiful family setting, right on the water. Charming rooom with all the amenities. The pool area is nice with connected outdoor bar and restaurant. Locals played Hawaiian music each night we were there. Staff was warm, helpful and welcoming.

It would have been nice if the pool was heated, or there was a jacuzzi or hot tub on the property. A few more menu options for dinner might be good.

pretty hotel, rest room is big, friendly for family. Not many choice in Molokai island.

Hotel is a little bit old, the AC made lots of noise, had to turn it off when sleep.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and well-maintained and the grounds were gorgeous and had nice hammocks. There are also garden hoses you can use to wash dive/snorkel gear which is nice.

The room above ours had some squeaky floorboards so I could tell when our upstairs neighbor started walking around in the morning, but that's pretty minor overall. The restaurant is no longer operational.
