Located across from Waipouli Town Center, The ISO by Castle is beachfront Kapaa studios feature free WiFi, an oceanfront swimming pool and an on-site restaurant. Cons -
- I had requested two beds in the room, and they had a king size bed.
- Room was small but fine for two people
- The desk person was rude. The place was filthy. The add on line was not what we saw while we were there. Total misrepresentation. We ended up checking into the Hilton Garden Inn. I called to get a refused but was told no way! Terrible!!!!
