Pros +

It was situated within an easy drive of Kona however the street is often quite busy during the daytime. There is two small beaches nearby. I particularly liked the amenities included with the room. Two boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs etc.

Cons -

The bathroom could be updated since there was obvious rust and mildew evidence in the shower crevices. Other than that and its 3 level staircase to get to the room. We were quite pleased.
